We love being part of the New Build or Renovation process from day one! Early collaboration allows us to work hand in hand with you, your builder, and architect to guide every step from your initial floor plans to your finish selections. From the architectural phase onward, Sabrina and Lexi will provide thoughtful input to ensure every detail is covered from the start.
We will guide you through all finish selections - including but not limited to - tile, wallpaper, lighting, stone, and plumbing, and will provide hand-drawn custom cabinetry tailored specifically to your home. We are happy to include furnishings in your project scope - from custom pieces to ready-made finds, and even existing favorites - so your home is beautifully finished and move in ready.
On installation day, we handle every last detail so that when you return, your home will feel complete and cohesive from the moment you walk in.
FULL - SERVICE DESIGN
We know redefining your home can feel daunting - whether you're starting from bare bones or ready to completely reimagine your home style. That's where Shem Creek Studios comes in. Our full-service interior design package makes the transition as seamless (and fun) as possible, guiding you every step of the way.

From the initial inspiration boards and furniture layouts to detailed styling, we curate every element from wallpaper, decorative lighting and accessories, to custom furnishings, drapery, and pillows. If you have existing pieces you love, we'll work them into the design when they're the perfect fit. We will handle the procurement of all furnishings and accessories, and coordinate a flawless installation.
The result? A cohesive, completely custom space that reflects your personal style and function of living - beautifully styled from every corner, and ready for you to enjoy from the moment you walk in.
VIRTUAL DESIGN
Our virtual design service is an experience tailored for smaller-scale projects. We help you make confident decisions, create a clear plan, and guide you every step of the way — all from a distance, with the option to meet in person a few times if it’s helpful.
You’ll receive 2–3 custom design options for your space, plus 1–2 rounds of edits to fine-tune every detail. From there, you take the lead on bringing it all to life. It’s the perfect way to get a professionally designed space at your own pace, without committing to our full-service package.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Need a fresh perspective but not sure where to start? Maybe you're stuck on furniture layout, feeling overwhelmed by finish selections, or just craving a new look for your space. Our Design Consultation package is a two-hour deep dive where we walk through your home in person and tackle every design and decor question you've been holding onto.

During our time together, we'll help you identify your personal style, share our tried-and-true design inside advice, offer ideas for renovations and budget strategies, point you toward trusted vendors, and give you styling tips that make an instant impact. Whether you're moving into a new home, in the middle of construction, or simply ready for a refresh, you'll leave with a clear plan, fresh ideas, and confidence to bring it all together.
